Cancellation Policy

Acknowledgement of Risk & Voluntary Participation I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in yoga, movement, relaxation, and wellness activities involves physical exertion and carries inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, psychological discomfort, or adverse medical events. I voluntarily choose to participate in this retreat fully aware of these risks. 2. Health Declaration: I affirm that I am physically, mentally, and emotionally fit to participate in all retreat activities. I have disclosed all relevant health conditions, injuries, or limitations in the intake form, and I take full responsibility for monitoring my own well-being throughout the retreat. 3. Medical Treatment: In the unlikely event of an accident or illness, I authorise the facilitators to seek appropriate medical attention on my behalf. I understand that I am solely responsible for any costs incurred. 4. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, and discharge Expand Yoga, its facilitators, volunteers, employees, and venue hosts from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of my participation in the retreat, regardless of cause. 5. Personal Property: I am responsible for my personal belongings. I release the retreat facilitators and property owners from any liability for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. 6. Respectful Conduct: I agree to participate in a respectful and responsible manner and understand that the facilitator reserves the right to remove any participant who poses a risk to themselves or others. Financial Waiver & Refund Policy By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Payments & Deposits: All deposits and payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Your place is only confirmed once payment has been received. Cancellations by Participant: ○ Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event may be eligible for a credit towards a future retreat or class (at the discretion of the organiser). ○ Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your booking to another participant by notifying us in writing.
