CArien Boshoff
Osteopath

Carien is an osteopath relocating from Victoria to Queensland, bringing with her a strong background in sport, movement, and injury rehabilitation. Having grown up playing a wide variety of sports, including sailing, hockey, basketball, and netball, she developed an early appreciation for how the body moves, performs, and adapts under physical demand.

Her passion for osteopathy was further shaped by her own experience recovering from a significant skiing accident that resulted in a ruptured ACL. Navigating injury, uncertainty, and rehabilitation firsthand has given Carien a deep understanding of the frustrations many patients face, particularly when answers feel unclear or progress stalls. This experience drives her commitment to helping people feel heard, supported, and confidently guided toward the right pathway for their recovery.

Carien takes a patient-centred approach, working collaboratively with individuals to understand their goals, address the root causes of pain or dysfunction, and create clear, practical management plans. She is especially passionate about helping those who feel stuck or unsure about their next steps, empowering them with education and strategies to regain control over their health and movement.

Outside the clinic, Carien is an avid triathlete and enjoys staying active through hiking and camping. She also worked as a sports trainer at a local football club in Melbourne (something she genuinely loves), supporting athletes with taping, massage, and getting them game-ready. When she’s not moving, you’ll likely find her catching up with friends over a good coffee.

Carien is available for appointments Monday - Friday
