Felix Adamson-Walter
Osteopath
Felix will treating at the clinic from mid May!

Before relocating to Australia, Felix worked as an osteopath in Bristol, UK. His interest in osteopathy was sparked by his own experience recovering from injury through treatment—an experience that now drives his work helping others move pain-free.
He takes a structural and biomechanical approach, using hands-on techniques such as joint mobilization, massage, HVLA manipulation, and Muscle Energy Techniques. These are combined with tailored exercise prescription, pain management strategies, and practical advice to support progress outside the clinic.
Felix has a particular interest in helping people with long-term or recurring sports injuries that haven’t responded to standard rehab approaches. He has completed further training in Movement Mechanics, which deepens his ability to assess how the body moves under stress and identify the root causes of inefficient or painful movement patterns.
Alongside his clinical work, Felix also coaches functional fitness—bringing a practical understanding of performance, strength, and movement into his rehab approach.
He focuses on helping patients understand their pain or injury and create clear, goal-driven management plans. Before qualifying as an osteopath, Felix was a sports massage therapist. He has worked with a wide range of clients, including Premier League footballers and world champion triathletes, and was also the lead osteopath for a womens rugby team in the UK.
Whether reducing pain, improving performance, or building resilience, Felix is committed to helping people take control of their recovery and return to doing what they love.
Felix is available for appointments Monday - Thursday
